The Full-Face couplings are produced on a coupling production line called E-CWS Coupling Winding System, which normally consists of 3* (three) filament winding stations (*see Commercial Offer for number of stations) with a semi-automated process, a set of moulds and a vapor aspiration system. The main raw materials are rubber full-face gaskets, continuous glass roving, glass mats, resin and catalyst.

The system is prepared to manufacture different diameters of Full Face coupling at the same time without the need of use of the E-CFW equipment.
